SiteTonic ("we", "us") is an AI website builder for freelancers and agencies. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it when you use sitetonic.vercel.app, the SiteTonic dashboard, or the SiteTonic Scout browser extension.
Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use these to create and secure your account.
Content you create. Prompts you write, websites you generate, leads you save, and pitches you draft are stored so the product can work. They belong to you.
Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number - we only store your subscription status and plan.
Usage data. Basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, to improve the product.
Scout runs only on Google Maps pages you visit and reads publicly visible business information (name, category, address, website link) to score pitch opportunities. It sends data to SiteTonic only when you are signed in and only when you click an action such as "Save lead". Scout does not track your browsing history and does not run on other websites.
To provide and improve SiteTonic, process payments, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.
Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI generation - your prompts are sent to generate websites). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us - we will complete it within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
